2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it right away. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, it typically arrives within 5–8 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if any significant delay affects your order.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

5. Shipping Costs

We're proud to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout includes shipping — no hidden fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Support@usafashionn.shop.

7. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day; orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

While rare, delivery issues can sometimes happen. If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at Support@usafashionn.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Support@usafashionn.shop — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

10. Holidays and High-Volume Periods

During holidays, promotional sales, or other high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We will do our best to communicate any expected delays in advance.
