Return and Refund Policy

Applies to all orders delivered within the United States

At USA Fashionn, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this 30-day period.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Products returned without original tags

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, USA Fashionn will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional charge.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Exchange requests must be submitted before returning the item. Replacement items are available only for the same style, color, and size, subject to availability.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We'll review your request promptly and resolve the issue at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, including:

  • Receiving an incorrect item
  • Receiving a damaged or defective product

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information.
